All products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result, slight variations in color, shape, and design may occur. These differences are part of the product’s uniqueness and do not affect its quality.

3. Prices & Currency

All prices are originally listed in CHF (Swiss Francs).

For customers purchasing from outside Switzerland, prices may be automatically converted into your local currency by Shopify or your payment provider. Final charges may vary slightly depending on exchange rates and provider fees.

Applicable taxes are included where required.

4. Orders & Contract

A binding agreement is formed once you complete your purchase and receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of error, fraud suspicion, or product unavailability.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated payment providers. We do not store your payment information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed internally within 2 business days.
