Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of every TILED product.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Our approach

As a small, handmade brand, each product is crafted with care in limited batches.
While Swiss law does not require returns for online purchases, we choose to offer a return policy to ensure your confidence when ordering.


Eligibility for returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • It is returned in its original packaging
  • You can provide proof of purchase

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been used or opened, unless they arrive damaged or defective due to transportation, conservation or border control.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description
  • Photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your provider

Shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
